Brent Davis

Senior Vice President

Davis joins the Commercial Partners team as Senior Vice President and brings over 30 years of experience in financing, brokerage, and development of income producing real estate projects in the Reno-Sparks.

Previously, Davis was with Trammel Crow Company as Principal/Senior Vice President from 1998 through 2008. Prior to that, he worked with CB Commercial Real Estate group and Wilkerson-Davis Investment Company. Davis has recieved numerous prestigious awards including the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Summit Awards in 2009, Investment Broker of the Year at the Summit Awards in 2005, Best Salesperson in Nevada by the Nevada Business Journal in 2001, the Colbert Coldwell Circle (Top 3%) by CB Commercial and the Top Multi-Family Broker in Western Division by the same.

Davis holds an AB from Georgia State University and is a licensed commercial pilot. He is a member of the Reno Downtown Improvement Association and the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada (EDAWN).
